Create an account with your name, email and a password, then open the verification email we send you. AI features are only available once your email is verified.
How do free credits work?
Each verified account receives a one-time set of free credits. They never expire and do not renew. One AI request uses one credit; when they run out, a Lite or Pro plan keeps Explain Snap going. Read the credit rules.
How can I delete my account or my data?
Send a message with the subject “Account or data deletion” from the email address of your account. We confirm the deletion by email. Your chat history is stored only in your browser and can be cleared from the extension.
How quickly will support answer?
Explain Snap is a 100% online service. We read every message and usually reply within 24 to 48 hours.
